Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bike Packer, operated by Markus Paszek ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects your information when you use the app and related services (the "App"). Contact: contact@mybikepacker.de.
1. What we collect
- Account data — email and, if you provide it, a display name (via Supabase Auth).
- Content you create — your bikes, bags, packing setups and gear items.
- Purchase data — if you subscribe to Bike Packer Pro, payment is processed by the app store (Apple); we never receive your card or payment details. We use RevenueCat to manage and verify your subscription; it receives your account identifier and subscription status (entitlement, renewal/expiry) only.
- Usage / diagnostics — only if you add an analytics SDK (none by default).
2. How we use it
To operate the App, authenticate you, store your content, unlock purchases and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
3. Where it's stored
Your account and content are stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase), hosted in the European Union (EU). Subscription status is processed by RevenueCat (USA) under appropriate safeguards for international transfers; we share only your account identifier and entitlement status with it.
4. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export, restrict or delete your data, and object to processing. Delete your account in Settings → Delete account, which permanently removes your account and data. You can also email contact@mybikepacker.de. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
5. Children
The App is not directed to children under 16.
6. Changes
We'll update the "Last updated" date when this Policy changes.
